Delivery Policy

Products are shipped within 24 – 48 hours of the order placed. Products are delivered within

5-7 working days.

Delivery Timing & Places

  • Kolkata: 1-2 working days
  • Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore: 3-4 working days
  • Rest of India: 6-7 working days maximum, might reach earlier.
  • International delivery will depend on country and export customs of that country.

Shipping

  1. We ship within and outside India to proper addresses. KraftKissa does not ship to any

PO Boxes or APO addresses.

  • Within India

All orders below Rs 2000 are charged a flat rate of Rs100.
All orders above Rs 2000 are free.
Bulky orders weighing more than 5 kilograms will be charged extra as per courier service charges including GST.

  • Outside India

International courier charges apply. In addition, the customer may be required to pay an additional amount towards disbursement fee based on the delivery location to the courier partner to get the shipment cleared from customs on customer's behalf. The amount will be calculated and included at the time of final invoice issued to the customer by the courier partner and the same is payable to the courier partner immediately at the time of delivery.

  1. Ordered products might reach the customer from different parts of India other than the registered address of Kraftkissa. The same shipping charges will apply though.
  2. We try to get your products to you as fast as possible but sometimes external factors, which are not within our control – like weather, road conditions, political situations etc. – may cause delays.
  3. Address change will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. Any cancellation should be within 24 hours of placing the order.
  4. As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you with your package tracking information using which you can track your shipment and assess the approximate delivery time.
  5. We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
  6. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete in any way and we cannot deliver your product, then the product/products will be returned to seller. The transaction will then be considered cancelled and your money will be refunded after deduction of costs incurred for shipping, handling, courier and processing of your product.
  7. In case of domestic orders, an attempt will be made 3 times to deliver the product, as per the courier company norms. After that the products will be delivered back to seller. The transaction will then be considered cancelled and your money will be refunded after deduction of costs incurred for shipping, handling, courier and processing of your product.
